An educational institution in North Yorkshire is seeking a motivated administrator to deliver high-quality support within the facilities department. The successful applicant will coordinate systems, maintain electronic files, and ensure a tidy working environment. Candidates should have Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths (or be willing to work towards) along with strong organizational and time management skills. Hours: 30 hours per week (38 working weeks, paid for 43).
Craven College is an aspirational College with rural campuses in Skipton, at The Aviation Academy at Leeds Bradford Airport, and at Evolve in Ripon. Tyro Training is our commercial training division offering a wide range of courses in Skipton. The College invests in facilities, including a £1.6m Animal Management Centre on the Aireville Campus and new equestrian facilities opened in 2022. We are seeking a committed and motivated administrator to deliver a high-quality administration service for the facilities department, coordinating systems and processes as directed by the Facilities Manager. The role includes creating and maintaining up-to-date electronic Estates & Facilities files and maintaining an efficient, tidy working environment with timely handling of all relevant documentation.
