Here at Rainbows Hospice, we have a unique opportunity within our Estates and Facilities Team. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Facilities Administrator. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our daily operations.
This role is suitable for an experienced and methodical administrator with experience managing workload and working to deadlines. Experience in health and safety is not essential as it can be taught.
Working hours: 30 hours per week, 4 days a week, Monday-Friday. The role is mainly based at our Hospice in Loughborough, with occasional travel to other sites across the Midlands, including retail stores.
Working alongside the Estates and Facilities team, you will provide administrative support related to health, safety, and support activities. You will help coordinate safety programs and generate auditable documentation.
It is desirable to have health and safety experience or willingness to undergo training.
This role requires an Enhanced/Basic DBS check and pre-employment screening.
