Job summary

Word360 is seeking skilled face-to-face interpreters to provide vital language support for individuals with limited English proficiency across Surrey. This self-employed role covers health, social care, and community settings, with travel required in and around the Surrey area.

We value excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and DBS clearance. You will contribute to reducing communication barriers by interpreting for NHS, councils, charities, and private entities.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and at least one additional language is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments across health and social care.
• DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one; self-employed status required.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face interpretation for NHS, local councils, charities and private clients.
• Translate effectively to break down language barriers in medical and social settings.
• Travel within and around the Surrey area to assignments.
