Job Purpose
The Canal & River Trust is a charity responsible for over 2000 miles of canals, rivers, docks, and reservoirs in England and Wales. Our waterways are vital for community health, biodiversity, and climate change mitigation. We are seeking a F2F Fundraising Performance Coach to enhance our fundraising efforts through coaching, training, and direct fundraising, including meeting personal targets.
Working Hours: 37 hours, Wednesday to Sunday, including weekends.
Across the Aire & Calder Navigation and Calder & Hebble Navigation, including Salterhebble, Stanley Ferry, Wakefield, and Southfield, Goole.
This role involves working with vulnerable groups; a criminal record check will be required. The Trust values diversity and encourages applicants from all backgrounds.
Salary: £32,000 + £390/month car allowance. Benefits include holiday entitlement, pension scheme, flexible working, personal development fund, and employee discounts.
