Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within facade, cladding, glazing, or building envelope sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge of facade systems, installation methods, and construction processes.
• Experience managing subcontractors, site teams, and multiple project stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage and deliver facade projects from pre-construction through to practical completion.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and specialist facade installers.
• Oversee installation of curtain walling, cladding, glazing, rainscreen systems, and other facade elements.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project programmes to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, variations, and commercial reporting.
• Ensure all works comply with project specifications, drawings, building regulations, and health and safety requirements.
