Facade Site Manager | South / London | Full Time - Site based

Location: Hampshire, with travel to Southampton, Reading, or London

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per year

Our client, a specialist facade contractor, is seeking an experienced Facade Site Manager to oversee facade system installations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. The role involves coordinating site activities, liaising with subcontractors, managing materials, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, health & safety regulations, and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee facade installation, manage subcontractors, and ensure smooth site logistics
2. Conduct site inductions, ensure personnel training and compliance (PPE, CSCS Card)
3. Produce and manage Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
4. Perform safety inspections and ensure regulatory compliance (COSHH, Manual Handling, HAV, PUWER)
5. Report accidents, incidents, and near-misses
6. Track project progress, prepare weekly reports, and maintain documentation
7. Manage labour, subcontractor coordination, and daily site operations
8. Coordinate with design teams, suppliers, and internal departments
9. Implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and quality assurance processes
10. Conduct material inspections, manage snagging/NCRs, and oversee handover
11. Maintain project documentation in shared storage (Dropbox, RAKEN)
12. Ensure compliance with admin duties, including tracking consumables and ordering materials

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in facade or cladding projects
• Strong knowledge of facade installation methods and materials
• CSCS Black/Gold Card and SMSTS certification
• Experience managing subcontractors and on-site labour
• Understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with site management software (RAKEN, Dropbox)
