Job Title – Façade Manager

Project – Commercial

Job Location – NI/ UK

Salary – £55K- £65K + package

About the Company

Amazing opportunity to work with one of the UK’s Largest Main Contractors on high rise residential and commercial projects in Tier 1 Cities across the UK!

The successful candidate will start on a high-rise commercial development in London – accommodation/ travel expenses will be provided.

The Role

• Coordinate and monitor and review construction envelope drawings, specifications and work requirements with regards to the external envelope.
• Liaise with Design Team to overcome any issues that may arise on site quickly and efficiently.
• Report to and support the Contracts Director to ensure smooth completion.
• Direct and Manage personnel, site staff and subcontractors and manage and coordinate weekly progress meetings, workshops and plan actions.
• Regularly update the contracts director on the progress of the external package to ensure the programme is adhered to.
• Manage the procurement of materials and ensure budgets are adhered to.
• Monitor construction to ensure quality of work and coordinate and liaise with Contracts Manager, Site Engineers and Service Coordinators to ensure all personnel have accurate and timely information.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management or similar (Third level qualification) is essential.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Facades Sector.
• Proven record of managing and delivering bespoke facades packages on high rise developments.
• Experience with Brickwork, Roofing, Rainscreens, Curtain Walling, Facades.
• Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills.
