Job summary

Galliford Try is seeking a Project Manager in the UK to deliver fire remediation and façade projects within Oak Specialist Services. This role involves managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with regulations while building strong relationships with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have relevant construction qualifications, experience in similar projects, and excellent leadership skills. Benefits include generous holiday entitlement and private medical scheme options.

Qualifications

• Relevant construction qualification (e.g. HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent).
• CSCS (Manager level) and ideally working towards CIOB membership.
• Experience in fire remediation, façade or cladding projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from planning and approvals through to handover.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Manage risk, cost, quality, and performance across projects.
