Qualifications

• Pre-tender facade surveys and condition assessment.
• Experience with rainscreen cladding or facades.
• Proficient in estimating software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed cost estimates and tender submissions.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities and pricing for projects.
• Liaise with clients, supply chain and project teams.
