Turner & Townsend is offering a 24-month Graduate Development Programme in Façade Engineering in Glasgow. You’ll join the Early Careers department and begin with a structured development plan, supported by a dedicated Graduate Development Manager.

The programme blends technical and commercial training to build core consultancy competencies. You will gain exposure to façade design, climate considerations, and sustainability, with opportunities to pursue MSc Façade Engineering or professional

Qualifications

• Degree in Façade engineering or related field and pursuing or on track for a minimum 2:1.
• Strong understanding of façade design, performance metrics, and related building physics.
• Interest in professional qualifications and continued development within Turner & Townsend.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and diagnose façade issues through detailed inspections.
• Contribute to maintenance and replacement strategies for façades.
• Advise on design performance metrics and environmental standards.
• Guide clients on compliance, risk management and sustainability goals.
