Soltherm External Insulations is seeking an experienced EWI Façade Engineer to provide technical support from specification and design through to project completion, working with architects, contractors and internal teams to deliver compliant façade solutions.

Office-based in Milton Keynes (MK3) or Walsall (WV13), with site visits as required; you will produce CAD drawings, U-value calculations and construction details, review drawings, prepare proposals and manage projects through to handover.

Qualificações

• Minimum two years' experience in External Wall Insulation (EWI) or façades.
• Good understanding of Building Regulations and thermal performance.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and construction details.
• Experience producing AutoCAD drawings and technical construction details.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support on EWI and façade systems to customers, contractors, architects and internal teams.
• Produce compliant system designs, specifications and construction details.
• Prepare AutoCAD drawings, U-value calculations and project documentation.
• Develop technical and commercial proposals, including estimating support.
• Review architectural drawings and advise on suitable façade system solutions.
• Attend meetings and site visits to provide technical support and handover.
• Ensure designs comply with PAS 2030/2035 and Building Regulations.
