They pride themselves on combining technical excellence with creative design, fostering a collaborative and forward-thinking working environment. Working on Facade projects valued up to £6m covering Aluminium Curtain Walling, Glazing, Rainscreen and Windows & Doors.

Our client is seeking an experienced Design Lead to join their team. In this role, you will lead a small design team of 3-4, driving projects from concept through to delivery while championing creativity, quality, and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a small design team (3-4 members), fostering professional development and collaboration.
