An established and forward-thinking facade contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join its growing team based in Kensington. This is a key leadership role for a commercially astute professional with a solid background in facade and external envelope works, ready to oversee the commercial aspects of multiple high-value projects across London and the South East.
Take full commercial responsibility for facade packages from pre-contract to final account
Lead procurement, tendering, and contract negotiations
Manage cost planning, budget control, and forecasting
Prepare and review CVRs, valuations, and applications for payment
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and risk management
Collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, and clients
Provide mentorship and direction to junior commercial staff
Proven experience as a Commercial Manager within the facade or specialist sub-contractor sector
Strong understanding of JCT and NEC forms of contract
Excellent financial and analytical skills
Confident communicator with the ability to build strong client and internal relationships
