Job summary

Regen Solutions in Baildon seeks a Pre-Construction Manager to lead front-end delivery of façade and cladding remediation schemes, ensuring projects are technically compliant, commercially robust, and fully prepared for safe site mobilisation. Qualifications

• Proven pre-construction and design management experience in façade, glazing, cladding remediation, EWI and fire compliance schemes.
• Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and fire safety requirements.
• Experience coordinating design development with consultants and engineers.
• Experience with JCT contracts and procurement strategies.
• Demonstrable risk management and value engineering within construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from enquiry and tender through contract award and handover.
• Review tender docs, specs and reports to identify risks and opportunities.
• Manage design development across façade, glazing, EWI, recladding and fire remediation.
• Coordinate architects, fire engineers, structural engineers and Building Control.
• Develop pre-construction programmes using Asta Powerproject.
• Programme design, approvals, procurement and mobilisation with timelines.
• Ensure Building Regulations and fire safety compliance.
• Lead value engineering and identify technical and commercial risks.
• Support pricing, procurement and subcontractor appointments.
• Oversee surveys, investigations and condition reports.
