Are you an experienced Fabricator/Welder looking to join a highly skilled team working on innovative engineering solutions? A leading player in the energy sector is seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Fabricator/Welder to support their growing operations in Aberdeenshire.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Fabricating and welding specialist tools and equipment to high quality standards.
  • Interpreting and working from engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures.
  • Maintaining material certification and traceability.
  • Supporting process improvement and training of apprentices where required.

Applicants to this role require

  • Recognised mechanical trade qualification with a solid background in fabrication and welding.
  • Ability to weld to 6G standard (training provided if required).
  • Competent in TIG, sub arc, FCAW and profile burning (desirable).
  • Strong understanding of HSE standards and use of lifting/inspection equipment.
  • Able to work under pressure to meet client deadlines and flexible with shifts when needed.
