Job summary

Nicholas Associates Group Limited is seeking a skilled Fabricator Welder to join on-site in Sheffield. The role is temporary with potential to become permanent after 12 weeks, paying £14-£18 per hour, with overtime and full PPE provided.

The ideal candidate will have MIG welding and fabrication experience and be able to read engineering drawings. The position offers a path to a permanent role after a successful probation period, with a focus on quality, safety, and meeting production targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fabrication and MIG welding.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
• Own transport recommended due to site location.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble metal components for vehicle body builds and sub-assemblies.
• Carry out MIG welding tasks to a high standard.
• Read and work from detailed technical drawings and build specifications.
• Work on refurbishment projects and new vehicle builds.
• Maintain safe working practices and contribute to production targets.
