Job summary

Beason Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Fabricator Welder for a Leicester-based role within a busy sheet metal fabrication environment. The position involves MIG welding and fabrication of mild steel components, reading engineering drawings, and delivering accurate, quality work on a standard day shift with an early finish on Fridays.

You will handle sheet metal, box section and tubular steel, operate workshop machinery and hand tools, and be responsible for checking your own work for

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Fabricator Welder or MIG Welder
• Confident reading engineering drawings
• Strong fabrication skills, not just production welding
• Experience working in a sheet metal or engineering environment
• Good attention to detail and pride in your work
• TIG welding experience would be useful, but not essential
