Overview

Fabricator / Welder - Commercial Vehicle Body Building. Location: Feltham (TW14 - near Heathrow). Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE plus £1,000 Joining Bonus and £100 Monthly Attendance Bonus. Contract: Full-time, Permanent | Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm (Weekdays Only). Optional Saturdays at Overtime (Time & Half).

Build commercial vehicles from the ground up with a growing, family-run business near Heathrow. Join an experienced team and develop skills through specialist training and ongoing development.

Responsibilities

• MIG welding (TIG welding desirable).
• Fabricate and assemble vehicle bodies from chassis upwards.
• Read and interpret detailed technical drawings.
• Work with a variety of materials including metal, fibreglass, and wood.
• Cut, drill, bolt, and fit components to specification.
• Fit tail lifts (training provided).
• Ensure top-quality workmanship and attention to detail.

• Experience in fabrication and welding (vehicle body/coachbuilding experience desirable).
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
