Job Title: Fabricator Welder

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Battle

The hours are 13:45 to 22:00, Monday to Friday, with overtime available.

The salary range is £16.52 to £18 per hour depending on experience, including an 18% shift allowance.

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fabricator/Welder to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing fabrication and welding tasks to a high standard, working from issued drawings, and contributing to the timely and efficient production of finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fabrication and welding of components according to technical drawings
2. Managing issued drawings and ensuring accurate interpretation
3. Packing and preparing finished goods for dispatch
4. Occasional site work as required
5. Reporting health & safety and process issues to management
6. Accurate timekeeping and work recording
7. Supporting continuous improvement by following ISO9001/BSEN1090 quality systems
8. Carrying out other duties as directed by management
