Job summary

Major Recruitment is seeking a skilled Fabricator Welder in Liversedge to join a close-knit team producing high-quality stainless steel and aluminium fabrications. You will perform TIG and MIG welding, plus precision sheet metal work, with opportunities to work independently and take ownership of projects.

We offer full product training, in-house health & safety qualifications, overtime and flexible patterns, plus a pension scheme and uniform.

Qualifications

• Experienced fabricator with TIG/MIG welding skills in stainless steel and aluminium.
• City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in fabrication.
• Minimum 2 years' sheet metal fabrication experience.
• Self-motivated and able to work to a high standard with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit, flexible, and able to work as part of a team.
• Eligible to work in the UK and within commuting distance of Liversedge.

Responsibilities

• Weld using TIG and MIG on stainless steel and aluminium.
• Carry out precision sheet metal fabrication work.
• Work independently and take ownership of projects.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be joining a close-knit team of experienced fabricators, working on high-quality stainless steel and aluminium fabrication projects. From TIG and MIG welding to precision sheet metal work, every day brings something different. You'll have the chance to work independently, take ownership of your projects, and develop your skills even further with full product training and in-house health & safety qualifications.

What We're Looking For

• Experienced fabricator with TIG/MIG welding skills in stainless steel and aluminium
• Ideally qualified to City & Guilds standard or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years' sheet metal fabrication experience
• Self-motivated and able to work to a high standard with minimal supervision
• Physically fit, flexible, and ready to be part of a hardworking team
• Eligible to work in the UK and within commuting distance of Liversedge
