VHR Motorsport is currently recruiting a Fabricator Welder required to work for a leading motorsport exhaust system manufacturer , based in Buckinghamshire . This is a permanent position.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work as a Fabricator Welder performing various tasks including Sheet Metal Work and Fabrication to a very high level of standard.

You will be using a variety of tools including band saws, grinding wheels, mops, pneumatic presses, fly presses etc. to produce components and assemblies.

Mandatory Requirements

• Sheet metal work and fabrication
• Experience of working with thin-walled (under 1mm) stainless and nickel alloys a distinct advantage
• High standard of welding
• Ability to work to technical drawings and interpret tolerances
• Ability to cope under pressure, working within a fast-paced environment
• Experience of working to agreed deadlines
• Ability to work on their own or as part of a team

Additional Information

• Salary between £36,000 - £39,000 per annum (plus bonus, overtime and pension)
• Permanent Position
• 40 hours per week
• Overtime is available
• Extremely attractive pension scheme (11%)
