FABRICATOR WELDER
BANBURY
TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT
UP TO 17.00PH
IMMEDIATE START

We're on the lookout for a talented Fabricator Welder to join our client in Banbury. The role will involve taking products all the way through the production process from the start to the finished product.

What You'll Be Doing:
MIG & TIG welding to high standards across mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium
Operating fabrication machinery (press brakes, guillotines, grinders, etc.)
Interpreting technical drawings and fabricating bespoke metal components
Quality-checking finished products to ensure they meet client specifications
Working with gauges from 3mm to 35mm

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in fabrication and welding
Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
A proactive attitude and team spirit
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Welding/Fabrication (preferred but not essential)
