Job description

NES Fircroft is currently seeking 2 x skilled Welder Fabricators to join a global engineering company based in Newburgh, Aberdeenshire.

This is a permanent opportunity for individuals who can weld and fabricate to a very high standard. Our client prefers candidates with experience in O&G / subsea, working on medium to large structures.

It would also be advantageous if you have been involved in new fabrication works, from raw materials to finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welding and fabrication of frames, structures, and subsea equipment
• Ensuring high-quality production in a safe manner
• Utilizing a good working knowledge of fabrication shop machinery and processes
• Working from detailed engineering drawings

Experience:

• Proven experience in welding and fabrication
• Ability to produce high-quality products
• Conscientious and safety-focused
• Previous coding in MIG & TIG processes is preferred but not essential; training can be provided
