Are you a skilled fabricator or welder looking to join a growing, friendly and ambitious automation business? This role will see you working on bespoke components and metal assemblies supporting high-end factory automation systems.

? Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG & TIG welding to high standards

• Read and interpret technical drawings

• Contribute to continuous improvements and suggest better processes

• Log work accurately and complete essential production admin

• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards

? Your Profile:

Solid experience in fabrication shop environments

Proficient in MIG & TIG welding

Brake press operation experience

Excellent Production Management and Team leadership skills.

Great attitude, willingness to learn and upskill (CNC/laser experience is a plus)

Strong team player, but also capable of working independently

Positive mindset – flexible, reliable, problem-solving mentality

Fluent in English

Must be eligible to work in the UK
