Job summary

JRL Group Ltd in Nottingham is seeking a fabricator for our fabrication factory. You will work with stainless steel and aluminium, operating MIG and TIG plant to produce components for various systems.

Duties include welding, use of hand tools, and quality control to meet project specifications. Hours are 07:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, totaling 50 hours per week. A valid right to work in the UK and transport are preferred due to the site's remote location.

Qualifications

• Experience in fabrication/wabrication shop environment.
• Proficient in MIG and TIG welding of stainless steel and aluminium.
• Comfortable using hand tools and performing quality checks.
• Willing to work 50 hours per week (Mon-Fri).

Responsibilities

• Use of MIG/TIG plant to weld stainless steel and aluminium.
• Quality control of fabricated components.
• Use of hand tools for assembly and finishing.
• Adhere to site safety and PPE requirements.

Job description

Fabricator required for a fabrication factory based in Nottingham.

We offer a substructure fabrication solution for the group projects, from initial preliminary design to practical site completion, utilizing many materials including Aluminum, Mild Steel and Stainless Steel for various systems and complex products.

Duties

• Use of MIG/TIG plant
• Welding Stainless Steel and Aluminium
• Use of hand tools
• Quality control
• Hours: 07:00am - 17:00pm, Monday to Friday, 50 hours a week.
• Interview Requirements: Weld test will take place on interview- please bring your own PPE
• Interview process to be held before starting. You must have the right to work in the UK, having your own transport is ideal due to the remote location.
