Aligra Personnel Ltd in Newbury is seeking an experienced metal fabricator or production operative for a hands-on role in a busy, fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll develop your skills working with a variety of metal treatment processes including shot peening, powder coating, and chemical treatment, in a supportive team.

The role offers ongoing work availability, training in new fabrication and treatment processes, and opportunities to use MIG/TIG welding, press brake, and CNC

Formación

• Previous experience in metal fabrication, production or engineering.
• MIG and TIG welding experience beneficial
• Experience with press brake, CNC or similar machinery preferred
• Comfortable with manual handling and working with metal treatments/chemicals
• Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic
