Job Title:Fabricator

Location:Titchfield

Job type:Contract till end June 2026

Rate:£16.83-£17.51 PAYE per hour, increasing after 12 weeks

Overtime paid at a premium of time and a half, double pay on Sundays

Hours:07:30-16:15, Monday-Thursday, 07:30-11:30 Friday

Are you a skilled fabricator with a passion for precision engineering? Were looking for a Fabricator to join our specialist production team. This is a hands-on role, taking components from raw material through to final assembly.

Key role of a Fabricator:

• Manufacture of complex metal assemblies
• Perform various welding processes including TIG welding, aluminium welding, Trent resistance welding, seam welding, and electron beam welding to assemble and join metal components to high standards.
• Use of brazing techniques for secure and precise assembly of parts
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to produce parts to specified tolerances.
• Select and set up appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for each job.
• Take ownership of the quality of your own work, including signing off completed jobs

The Fabricator should have the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in a precision fabrication or manufacturing environment
• Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and work to tight tolerances
• Skilled in hand tools and a variety of welding and assembly techniques
• Strong team player with a proactive attitude toward problem solving
