Job summary

A leading glazing systems company in Gillingham seeks a skilled Fabricator to join their team. The candidate will be responsible for the fabrication of high-quality windows, doors, and curtain walling, using various machinery including CNC. A minimum of five years' experience in manufacturing specialized glazing systems is required along with a positive attitude and good teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Five Years’ Experience of Manufacturing Schüco, Comar, Reynaers system and Smart Aluminium Systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience in the construction or glazing industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Fabrication of windows, doors and curtain walling to high standards.
• Operating various machinery including CNC.

Skills

Experience in Manufacturing and Assembly

Proficiency in Reading and Interpreting Blueprints

Skillful in Measurement, Cutting, and Welding

Familiar with Safety Protocols

Good communication and teamwork skills

Education

Level 2 NVQ in Fabrication

Relevant technical certification or training

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fabricator located in Rainham.

Duties Include:

• Fabrication of windows, doors and curtain walling to high standards.
• Operating various machinery possible including CNC.
• Minimum Five Years’ Experience of Manufacturing Schüco, Comar , Reynaers system and Smart Aluminium Systems.
• Must have a positive attitude and be hard working.
• Much have the ability to meet deadlines.
• Preferably hold a Level 2 NVQ in Fabrication
• Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
