Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Fabricator role located in Exeter. The Fabricator will be responsible for the assembly and production of aluminium windows, doors, rooflights, and verandas. Daily tasks include measuring, cutting, and shaping materials, assembling frames, using hand and power tools, maintaining equipment, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The Fabricator will also assist in stock management and maintaining an organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with hand and power tools, and metal fabrication techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and assembly
• Understanding of safety procedures and quality control
• Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Previous experience in aluminium fabrication or the glazing industry is a plus
• Relevant vocational training or certifications in metal fabrication or a related field
