Location:B46

Pay: £13.00 £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours: 39 hours per week

Current Shift Pattern: Monday Thursday 6:00am2:00pm, Friday 6:00am1:00pm

Potential Future Shift: Rotating pattern with 22% shift allowance

Our client, a respected leader in the manufacturing and distribution of infrastructure solutions, is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Fabricator / Fitter to join their expanding CMS Module Prefabrication Unit. Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble products accurately according to engineering drawings
  • Set out cable management systems on prefabricated module frames
  • Apply appropriate connection details using fabrication experience
  • Use measuring equipment to verify positioning and alignment
  • Read and interpret complex manufacturing drawings
  • Maintain high levels of housekeeping and organisation (5S standards)
  • Follow company procedures, including recycling and Health & Safety protocols
  • Participate in ongoing continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support colleagues and undertake additional duties as required

Working Hours & Pay

  • Standard Hours:
    • Monday Thursday: 6:00am 2:00pm
    • Friday: 6:00am 1:00pm
  • Hourly Rate: £13.00 £16.00/hour (based on experience)
  • Future Shift Rotation (if implemented):
    • Shift 1: MonThurs 6:00am2:00pm, Fri 6:00am1:00pm
    • Shift 2: MonThurs 2:00pm10:00pm, Fri 1:00pm8:00pm
    • 22% shift allowance applies
