• Salary: For non-qualified lecturers £31,582 - £39,367, for qualified lecturers £34,278 - £45,260

We are currently seeking a Fabrication Welding & Lecturer to join our academic team at a Further Education Establishment. This role is essential for providing high-quality education and adheres to the Professional Standards for Teachers and Trainers in Education and Training - England. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about delivering a diverse curriculum and committed to enhancing student learning experiences.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Reflect on and evaluate your teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners, continually adapting and innovating your approach.
• Inspire and motivate learners with your enthusiasm and knowledge, raising their aspirations.
• Promote and value social and cultural diversity, equality of opportunity, and inclusive teaching practices.
