In this role the successful Fabrication Supervisor or similar will be responsible for creating and ensuring the execution of daily, weekly and monthly production schedules for employees within the fabrication team. You will also be responsible for the oversight of the Production and Fabrication process, making sure products are made within budget and delivered on time, ensuring they withhold the highest standard. This is a hands-on role, you will be expected to help with fabrication as and when needed. In addition, you will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to make production more cost/time effective where possible as well as the day-to-day management of the Fabrication team as well as general staff issues like holidays, absences etc... On top of this, you will be responsible for monitoring stock-levels, coordinating with the Stock Manager as and when needed. Finally, you will be responsible for machine checks and maintenance as and when needed, as well as keeping accurate technical documentation.
