Job description

FABRICATION SUPERVISOR

Location: Rugby, CV21
Position: Permanent
Working Hours: 8.00AM - 4.30PM, Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £20.00 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Fabrication Supervisor based in Rugby.

Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee daily operations of the fabrication department.
  2. Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of fabricators and welders.
  3. Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
  4. Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  5. Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  6. Collaborate with production planners to meet delivery deadlines.
Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience in fabrication and supervisory roles.
  2. Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
  3. Proficiency in MIG/TIG welding and fabrication tools.
  4. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
