Job Description

As the fabrication supervisor you will be tasked with the following;

  • Supervise and coordinate fabrication activities to ensure production schedules are met.
  • Develop the Machine Shop and Fabrication department.
  • Monitor team performance and provide training to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the fabrication area.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to optimise processes and improve efficiency.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities and materials used.
  • Identify and resolve any fabrication issues in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
