• Forklift license or ability to obtain after employment.

Aufgaben

• Lead safety for the fabrication cell and enforce safety rules.
• Organize and direct daily work of fabrication cell technicians.
• Coordinate subcontracted activities such as welding or painting.
• Onboard new technicians and organize cross-training.
• Maintain skills matrix and confirm technician competence.
• Provide day-to-day coaching and feedback.
• Coordinate fabrication activities including cutting, grooving, and assembly of spool pieces.
• Review drawings and cut sheets for job specifications.
• Assist with pick, pack and load of orders.
• Organize demonstration material assembly for Marketing or Regulatory.
