Job summary

PRS LTD recrute un Fabric Engineer pour effectuer l'entretien préventif et réactif dans des bâtiments commerciaux à Londres. Ce rôle est idéal pour un Fabric Handyman cherchant à progresser au sein d'une entreprise bien établie. Les tâches incluent la plomberie de base, la menuiserie et d'autres travaux d'entretien. • Idéal pour un Fabric Handyman actuellement en poste.

Responsibilities

• Effectuer la maintenance préventive et réactive.
• Assister d'autres ingénieurs sur site selon les besoins.
• Remplacer des carreaux de sol.

RS Recruitment is recruiting a Fabric Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenancein London .
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of facilities maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
This position would be ideal for a Fabric Handyman currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company offers a competitive salary of £18 per hour with a potential temp to perm position.

Shift: Monday to Friday
Duties:

• Basic Plumbing
• Basic Carpentry
• Lamp changing
• Take Tap Temperatures
• Flushing
• PPM’s
• Reactive maintenance
• Assist other engineers onsite as required
• Replacement of floor tiles (carpet ceramic)
