Candidate: Fabric Technician

Location: Banbury

Duration: Permanent

Salary: Between £28,000 and £34,000 subject to experience and qualifications

We are looking for an experienced Fabric Technician for a full-time, permanent position based on a static site in Banbury.

This fabric technician will be dealing with the site's planned and reactive maintenance in relation to plumbing, carpentry, painting & decorating, water testing, as well as supporting the electrical maintenance engineer who will also be based on site.

The right person for this position will already have a strong working background in commercial maintenance. They need to be a multi-skilled building services fabric technician with a flexible working attitude. It would be an advantage if this person holds a level 2 qualification in either plumbing, carpentry, or decorating.

This is a static position, so we do not require a driving licence.

Requirements

• Strong background as a Commercial Fabric Technician
• Based within a short commute to Banbury
• Holding a level 2 maintenance qualification would be preferred
• Must have experience working on commercial sites
• Very client-focused
• Happy to work a Monday to Friday position

Package

• Basic salary is subject to experience and qualifications
• Monday to Friday position
• 8am until 5pm on site
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
• No on-call
• Static site so no company vehicle
