Job summary

JLL in Bristol is seeking a facilities management professional to support Rolls-Royce sites with proactive maintenance, inspections, and compliant building operations. You will work onsite, develop and implement maintenance programs, manage repair projects and ensure adherence to UK building standards.

You will coordinate with contractors, prepare detailed reports, stay current with UK regulations, and help improve building performance through sustainable practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or facilities management in the UK.
• Strong knowledge of UK building materials, construction methods, and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and UK-specific building management software.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities
