Duration: Permanent

Salary: Between £28,000 and £34,000 subject to experience and qualifications

We are looking for an experienced Fabric Technician for a full time, permanent position based on a static site in Banbury.

This fabric technician will be dealing with the site's planned and reactive maintenance in relation to plumbing, carpentry, painting & decorating, water testing as well as supporting the electrical maintenance engineer who will also be based on site.

The right person for this position will already have a strong working background in commercial maintenance. They need to be a multi-skilled building services fabric technician with a flexible working attitude. It would be an advantage if this person holds a level 2 qualification in either plumbing, carpentry or decorating.

This is a static position, so we do not require a driving licence.

Requirements

1. Strong background as a Commercial Fabric Technician
2. Based in a short commute to Banbury
3. Holding a level 2 maintenance qualification would be preferred
4. Must have experience working on commercial sites
5. Very client focused
6. Happy to work a Monday to Friday position

Package

1. Basic salary is subject to experience and qualifications
2. Monday to Friday position
3. 8am until 5pm on site
4. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
5. No on call
6. Static site so no company vehicle
