Mobile Fabric Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider Swindon & Reading - £32,000 + Package, Van & Fuel Card

Joselyn Search is currently recruiting for a Mobile Fabric Engineer based across Swindon, Reading, and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in Fabric maintenance.

This position is ideal for a Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar role and residing in the area. The company offers a competitive salary of approximately £32,000, along with a van, fuel card, and package.

Hours of Work & Package Info

• Basic Salary: up to £32,000
• Van + Fuel Card provided, personal use available
• Call out rota with standby call out allowance of £105 per week
• Overtime available
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Enrolment in company pension scheme

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
• Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting and Decorating
• Flooring, Changing Locks, Hanging Doors
• Maintain and update Log books
• Arrange specialist sub-contractors

Requirements

• City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent qualifications in a building trade (desired)
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
