About The Role

The Fabric Maintenance and Scaffolding Co-ordinator is responsible for the planning and delivery of all Fabric Maintenance and Scaffolding activities at all offshore and onshore sites across the INEOS FPS North Assets. The programme of maintenance and upgrades on the offshore and landline sites will allow the Forties Pipeline System to be operated in a Safe and reliable manner up to 2040+.

The focus of this role is to support the co-ordination of Fabric Maintenance projects and associated activities from initiation through to close-out whilst providing technical support to the relevant stakeholders as required.

What does the day to day look like?

  • Plans and supervises the execution of all preparatory and execution works associated with the Fabric Maintenance and Scaffolding activities for the North Assets in line with the FPS North strategy.
  • Supports the development and delivery of a Fabric Maintenance and Scaffolding strategy to achieve the targets within the annual North Performance Contract.
  • Manages compliance with legal requirements, site standards and business goals to optimise plant operations, engineering integrity, site SHE objectives, costs, reliability and productivity.
  • Monitors and supports the co-ordination of the annual budget allocation for Fabric Maintenance and Scaffolding activities across the North Assets focused on spend verification, accurate forecasting and cost reduction through resource streamlining and activity grouping.
  • Supports the co-ordination and management of the North Asset Repair Register to ensure the activity set is delivered within the Target Completion Dates to drive effective compliance with Work Order Management.
  • Supports the forecasting of the required cost profile of Fabric Maintenance and Scaffolding activities across a twenty four month horizon in accordance with mid to long term business targets and integrity driven objectives.
  • Co-ordinates effective change management to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
  • Ensures scopes of work are planned, executed and documented in accordance with INEOS processes and procedures (e.g. Management of Change, Control of Work, BOLE and WO Management).

what do I need?

Minimum Qualifications:

  • ONC/HNC in Engineering discipline or equivalent work experience
  • BOSIET, Medical and MIST for offshore travel.

Minimum Experience:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Oil and Gas.
  • Relevant experience of Project Engineering and Asset Operations.

Job Knowledge/ Skills:

  • Familiarity with Maintenance Management Systems such as Maximo or SAP.
  • Experience in supporting the delivery of Fabric Maintenance campaigns on offshore and onshore installations within the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Effective Vendor management and project co-ordination skills.
