We are seeking a highly skilled Multi Trader with a strong background in high-end residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a carpentry bias and proven experience across multiple trades, including tiling, plumbing, and general maintenance work.
Key Responsibilities
• Carry out a wide range of maintenance tasks including carpentry, tiling, plumbing, and decorating.
• Manage both planned and reactive maintenance jobs to a high standard.
• Deliver seamless finishes and top-class workmanship in luxury residential properties.
• Communicate effectively with clients and office teams.
• Participate in the on-call rota (1 in 3 weeks).
Requirements
• Proven experience in high-end residential maintenance.
• Carpentry bias with strong multi-trade abilities.
• NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry.
• Self-starter with excellent timekeeping and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Right to work in the UK.
