We are looking for an experienced Multi Trader to work within retail and hospitality environments across Central London. You will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring fast and efficient service with minimal disruption to clients.

Key Responsibilities-Fabric Engineer - Multi Trade (Retail & Hospitality)

• Perform a wide variety of trades including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and general repairs.

• Respond quickly to reactive maintenance requests in busy retail and hospitality settings.

• Deliver high-quality finishes while maintaining health and safety standards.

• Communicate clearly with clients and office teams.

• Take part in the on-call rota (1 in 3 weeks).

Requirements-Fabric Engineer - Multi Trade (Retail & Hospitality)

• Proven experience in retail and hospitality maintenance.

• Strong multi-trade background (carpentry, tiling, plumbing).

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry.

• Self-starter with strong timekeeping and organisational skills.

• Full UK driving licence.

• Right to work in the UK.
