Compass Group UK & Ireland is seeking an electrical maintenance professional to deliver high quality support across diverse contracts, enhancing customer experience and company reputation.

You will promote safety culture, ensure compliance with ISO9001 and client SLAs, and complete inspections, maintenance, and accurate reporting within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety culture and operate in accordance with Health, Safety & Environmental procedures at all times
• Ensure delivery and quality of electrical maintenance in line with client service level agreements and ISO9001 requirements
• Sponsor development of core competencies and share best practices across staff
• Complete inspections, maintenance and repair tasks timely with accurate reports within agreed timelines
• Produce accurate reports and liaise with Contract Managers to improve EST offering for stakeholders
• Handle administration including work schedules and tickets within allocated timelines
• Be flexible across the portfolio and attend contract/site meetings, training, and networking events as required
• Drive continuous improvement to minimise downtime and maintenance costs
• Travel across a variety of sites in the UK
• Work additional shifts/overtime during peak times
• Comply with reasonable requests from Line Manager

Overall, Purpose of the Role

As a member of PPP-IML you will be required to deliver high quality electrical maintenance support across a variety of contracts to help enhance the customer experience and reputation of the company.

More About The Role

• To promote a safety culture and operate in accordance with company and client Health, Safety & Environmental procedures at all times
• To ensure the delivery and quality of electrical maintenance is in accordance, required qualifications and skills, the client service level agreement, company procedures and external accreditation e.g., ISO9001
• Sponsor efforts to develop core competencies, processes, disciplines and supporting the sharing of best practices with all staff
• To ensure all inspection, maintenance and repair operations are completed in a timely manner and accurate reports are submitted within the stipulated time scales
• Produce accurate reports and liaise with site Contract Managers as appropriate seeking opportunities to develop and improve the EST offer to benefit all stakeholders and enhance the reputation of the engineering team
• Complete administration tasks to include work schedules and tickets. These need to be correct, accurate and within agreed allocated timelines
• To work flexibly across the portfolio and attend contract and client site meetings, training courses and networking events as required
• Drive continuous improvement to minimise downtime and reduce associated maintenance costs
• Travelling across a variety of sites in the UK
• Flexibility to work additional shifts / overtime during peak times
• To comply with any reasonable requests made by your Line Manager
