Zusammenfassung

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking an experienced Fabric Engineer to join our Aberdeen team. You will maintain finishes, repair general equipment, move and set up items across the site, and ensure work is carried out safely and to a high standard.

Duties include painting, wallpapering, basic electrical and plumbing tasks, overseeing contractors, and liaising with client representatives to plan maintenance. Working hours are 7:30am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime available.

Qualifikationen

• Experience of working in high profile work environment.
• PC literate.
• Good customer relationship skills.
• Willingness to learn.

Aufgaben

• Prepare & apply paint, wallpaper and other finishes to surfaces.
• Repair doors, tables and other general equipment.
• Move/build equipment across the site.
• Perform preventative & reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, and implement effective repairs across all building services systems.
• Basic electrical & plumbing works.
• Oversee contractors / suppliers around site.
• Liaise with Clients representatives with respect to maintenance & repair tasks.
