Job Title:Fabric Engineer
Location:Whitley Bay
Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 7:00am - 4:00pm
Call-Out:No call-out required - overtime available

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Fabric Engineer in Whitley Bayto handle planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring building fabric is well-maintained. This full-time role offers stable hours with no call-out duties.

Key Responsibilities of a Fabric Engineer:

• Perform PPM and reactive repairs on doors, windows, ceilings, walls, and flooring.
• Minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.
