Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 7:00am - 4:00pm

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Fabric Technician covering Glasgow and Central Beltto handle planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring building fabric is well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform PPM and reactive repairs on doors, windows, ceilings, walls, and flooring.
• Minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Keep accurate records of completed tasks.
• Fire door maintenance and repairs

Requirements:
