• Fabric maintenance including carpentry, joinery, plumbing, electrical and painting.
• Reactive and fabric PPM maintenance, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Job: Fabric Engineer

• Day–to–day delivery of maintenance works
• Fabric maintenance including carpentry, joinery, basic plumbing, basic electrical, painting, decorating and other tasks
• Reactive and fabric PPM maintenance
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations
