Job Opportunity: Fabric Engineer

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, we are seeking a Fabric Engineer to join this successful and forward-thinking organization.

We are looking for a Fabric Engineer who enjoys a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Fabric Engineer, you will deliver both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain plant and equipment to ensure reliability and maintainability.
2. Provide a service that meets key performance indicators and supervise contractors when required.
3. Complete log book paperwork and close out jobs using a handheld device.
4. Perform tasks to high standards, in line with company policies and procedures.
5. Report deficiencies in systems or equipment that may affect service delivery, safety, or the environment.
6. Ensure your work is completed safely and diligently.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Engineering Maintenance (Multi-discipline).
• 17th/18th edition wiring regulations.
• Good knowledge of building statutory compliance.
