Job summary

A leading facilities management company in Stoke-On-Trent is seeking an experienced Fabric Engineer/Multi skilled handyperson. You will be responsible for carrying out various maintenance tasks across multiple sites, including plumbing repairs, fire alarm testing, and overall building maintenance. This static role offers a salary of up to £32,000 per annum with 23+8 days' holidays. A full UK driving licence is required.

Overview

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Fabric Engineer/Multi skilled handyperson in Stoke-On-Trent. You will join the Mobile division to ensure all preplanned and reactive maintenance tasks are carried out on one or multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Car ry out non-technical repairs and minor PPMs in planned and reactive maintenance at various sites.

• Hot and Cold water systems
• Water Flushing

Salary & Benefits

Salary up to £32,000 per annum. 40 hours per week. 23+ 8 days' holidays. Static role. No call out rota. Full UK driving licence.
